Payment

For each provider, charges begin at $20.00 per hour per family, depending on the background of the provider. We usually recommend one adult for every three children, but may suggest a lower ratio to accommodate infants, children with special needs, or other special circumstances. We also charge a $25.00 agency fee. You will need a major credit card or debit card to reserve and pay for childcare. Any tip should be given to the caregiver in cash. If you require childcare on a legal holiday, on Xmas Eve, or on New Year's Eve, the hourly rate will begin at $30.00 per family. There will be a $75.00 cancellation fee for any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of the reserved start time. Should you need to cancel any reservation at an earlier time, the cancellation fee will be limited to 5% of your total payment. We will not be responsible for incorrect information submitted by you on the reservation application. We will quote group rates, corporate consulting, and special services on a case-by-case basis.
