Most of our childcare providers have been preschool or elementary school teachers.  Some are still in college, studying child development or a related field.  We value diversity and have some providers who speak more than one language.  We also promote the inclusion of male providers, and recognize the tremendous contribution that they make to the lives of all children.

We perform a vigorous screening of all applicants, requiring three letters of reference, a background check with fingerprinting, a current physical examination report, evidence of educational achievement, and proof of identity and legal residency.  We also require that each provider become certified in Infant/Child C.P.R. and First Aid.  Paramount is our expectation that each provider has a genuine love of children, the ability to make sound decisions, excellent interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated social concience.  We invite our clients to give us feed-back frequently, so that we can continually improve and prioritize our services.
